Our dogs are important members of our families and as their owners/parents we want nothing but the best for them.
However, life gets busy, routines change and everyone could do with an extra pair of hands or even an additional hour or two in our day.
We are a pet service business based in Falkirk but travel throughout Central Scotland working with dogs that have behavioural issues using dog psychology and behaviour correctional techniques, evolved basic & advanced training, human training to a simple walk with your dog.
We believe in teaching a dogs ‘natural process’ education to our customers to help them better understand their dog(s).
Our clients are like family to us and we are here for them even after they no longer need our services.

Your Questions Answered
Yes, we hold a policy that covers all services
Yes, all staff members have criminal and general background checks and their I.D. is checked.
Yes, you have a full service agreement for each service.
Only with the owners agreement prior to the service starting
All dogs must be vaccinated. We accept dogs that have not been neutered/spayed and without a collar. However, we can not pack any dog that is in season
Pictures and Videos for each day’s activities will be posted within 24 hours of the service ending
24 hours prior to appointment start time
All dogs are transported via van to and from location. We have 4 cages of varying sizes and a large open area
All dogs will be returned towel dried
We pride ourselves on our knowledge of internal and external issues you many experience with any breed, large or small. Fear and/or anxiety in both dog and owner, pulling on lead, aggression Issues, socialising Issues, excessing barking, compulsive behaviours and self-destructive behaviour
Of course, knowledge is power. The more information we can gather from you prior to your visits allows us to advice you on the best course of action. Also if the customer already understands the process prior we can get on with the fun training part quicker

I contacted the Balanced Dog Company looking for some help with my new rescue dog from Romania. I’d tried other behaviourists and had no success. Kenny responded almost immediately and we had a helpful chat on the phone before arranging a date for him to come visit us. He was able to come out really soon after the call which was great. Our dog was terrified around other dogs, and it was making walking difficult. Kenny came to our house and out walking with us and our dog for around 2.5 hours, and in that time he explained everything so in depth and answered any questions we had (which was a lot of them!). We saw results instantly and started being able to enjoy walks with our new pup. A few months later I had a further issue with my dog, I contacted Kenny and he chatted to me on the phone for about 30 mins, giving advice and support. He wouldn’t take any money for the phone call. He really does care about dogs, and genuinely wants people to have the best relationship possible with their dog. I can’t thank or recommend him enough!
I have used Kenny and Amanda for a while now. Having a reactive dog and a rude dog, it’s always been very difficult to find someone that, not only that I can trust but who possess the knowledge to manage a reactive dog and can successfully and carefully introduce him to other dogs. So the other dogs are safe and happy but so my 2 have doggie friends too. It also very comforting to know that this company know doggie first aid and are fully insured as well. I can’t recommend Kenny and Amanda enough and I know that when I go into the office my 2 are completely cared for. Not only are they spectacular in their daily dog walks, they do boarding too and have had my 2 overnight and they come back happy and tired. When I have needed to make sudden and emergency appointments at the vet for any of my 2, Kenny and Amanda are there, ever so accommodating. Even my vet commented to me that it is so refreshing to see dog walkers so invested in their clients. The dogs aren’t just dogs to them, clients aren’t just clients. Everyone is family!
I had called on the balanced dog company after several trainers were unable to help with my staffie Ralph. Kenny came gave me all the tools and followed up with us. He ended up taking both my dogs on walks would highly recommend them. Friendly service always with a smile and happy to see your fur babies. I would not go anywhere else.. Good luck with it all guys
